Big O Tires

I came to this tire shop based on all the good Google reviews, and I’m very glad I did. I needed a damaged tire replaced. They didn’t have it in stock, but they said they could have it by the next morning, which they did. I came in the next day, they mounted and balanced my new tire, rotated the tires, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. These guys did everything they said they would, to the letter. I would drive an extra hundred miles to do business with them.

I have the most wonderful experience dealing with these guys. Justin the service writer I dealt with was very knowledgeable and on top of his game. To my knowledge the mechanics did a wonderful job servicing my vehicle. And the price was affordable to all. I seriously recommend giving these guys a shot!

We had a flat tire on our trailer and were preparing to head back to the Twin Cities in about 2 hours. They were able to squeeze us in right when we drove up. Our tire was fixed within 15 minutes. It was the fastest service I have ever had. Curtis was the gentleman that helped us out. Great service at a great price. I would highly recommend Big O Tires to anyone that needs tires or auto services.

3 months ago I was told my brakes needed to be worked on by a different shop. Big-O Tires was running a special so I came in to get the work done. Upon inspection I was told that my brakes were still in good shape and should last the summer. I appreciate the honesty and will come back when it's time to get them fixed. Great job!

Friendly and helpful mechanics. We stopped at Big O without an appointment on a Saturday because we found an issue with the splash guard on my boyfriend's car as we were getting ready to make a long drive, and the guys at Big O fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and didn't charge us anything. Would definitely recommend.
